Authorities are warning SNAP users to be cautious when using their cards and inspecting card readers for any signs of tampering. It’s believed that most stolen funds end up in New York. The financial crimes unit will follow up on this investigation.

Lastly, a gunshot wound has left one person injured at an Evansville Circle K store. The police are still investigating the incident but have yet to release any further information.
