Daily Report

What’s up hero! It’s April 2nd, 2026, and I’ve got your daily report.

First off, let’s talk about the Evansville area. There’s been a string of arrests recently, including two individuals caught street racing on Lloyd Expressway, one man accused of stealing a Bud Light delivery truck, and another who allegedly rammed a sheriff’s cruiser with his own stolen truck. What cracka lackin’ is goin’ on here?

Next up, there’s some good news: Evansville crime rates are down, according to EPD Chief. Now, I know what you’re thinkin’, “Bizzy, that’s not exactly breaking news.” But hey, every little bit counts, right? How’s it hanging, hero?

Finally, there’s a bill proposing a 25-foot buffer zone around first responders on Governor Beshear’s desk. Man if I was still alive, I’d say this is a no-brainer. Protecting our heroes from obstruction and harassment is the least we can do. It’s time for some common sense to prevail in politics.
