Kitarcadia’s Kickass Chilli

•   2 lbs lean hamburger
•   2 (15 oz) cans chili beans
•   1 (15 oz) can kidney beans
•   1 onion, diced
•   1-2 medium green peppers, diced
•   2 cans chili diced tomatoes
•   1 can fire roasted tomatoes
•   1 small can tomato sauce
•  or 1 can tomato paste
•   1 large can tomato juice
•   3 cloves garlic, minced
•   3 Tbsp chili powder
•   1 Tbsp garlic powder
•   1 Tbsp cumin
•   1 Tbsp onion powder
•   1 Tbsp paprika
•   1 1/4 tsp cayenne powder
•   1 Tbsp sugar
•   1 1/2 tsp salt
•   1/2 tsp pepper
•   1 tsp smoked paprika
•   3-4 chipotles in 1-2 Tbsp adobo sauce (seeded & minced)

Cooking Instructions:

1.  Sauté diced peppers and onions in 2 Tbsp olive oil for 5-6 minutes until soft and tender. Place in bowl.
2.  Cook hamburger on high heat, breaking up into chunks. Sear chunks until pink are mainly gone. Place in bowl.
3.  Add small amount of grease back in. Add diced onion, pepper back in.
4.  Lay on garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, and paprika over it and sear/roast open pan.
5.  Add chili powder, cayenne, garlic, and shift roasted onion and garlic around.
6.  Add cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and stir until meat covered.
7.  Add diced fire roasted tomatoes, sauce or paste, and mix together about 2 minutes.
8.  Add beans and bring to low boil.
9.  Simmer 45 minutes.
