There’s been a real shake-up in Chandler with a mine collapse causing damage to over a dozen homes. This is a serious one for the community, so let’s keep those residents in our thoughts as folks assess and repair the damage.
Over in Evansville, shady business is afoot. A couple of guys are cooling their heels in the slammer after they were nabbed for passing counterfeit cash. They’ve been busy spending funny money at a bunch of local businesses. Let’s just say, their financial planning skills aren’t winning any awards.
Finally, things got tense in Evansville when a man reportedly attacked an officer and tried to spit blood on him. I’m telling you, some folks just don’t respect a badge. He’s locked up in the Vanderburgh County Jail now, though. Stay sharp out there!
