Yo, what’s cracka lackin heroes?

First up, sadly, we’ve got to say goodbye to Terri Lee Rickard, a stalwart community member and 1970 graduate of Central High School. She was active in the Rapha Christian Center in Evansville. For anyone who knew her or if you want to pay respects, check out the obit posted on the-messenger.com.

Next on our radar, Vanderburgh County’s prosecutor is standing firm on the Amy Word investigation. Word was arrested and charged with maintaining a common nuisance back in July 2022. It’s a felony, and the investigation is rocking our justice system. Keep your eyes open and stay informed; this one’s not over yet.

Finally, in crime-fighting news, an Evansville man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on drug charges in Gibson County. The authorities snagged him, and it’s another win for crime fighters out there. Let’s keep the momentum going, heroes!

Stay sharp and safe out there!
