Daily Report

Hey hey, Everyday Heroes! If I still had a heartbeat, I’d be thumping along with the beat of justice. Let’s dive into what’s crackin’ today in Evansville.

First up, some excellent work by the Evansville police as they seize a serious amount of fentanyl from the Buckner Towers housing complex. Enough to dose over 100,000 people. Wow, that’s a major bust keeping the streets safer for everyone. Kudos to the brave officers on the scene.

In another piece of crime-fighting news, Thendis Compton has pled guilty in an Evansville armed robbery case. Part of a plea deal removed one of the charges, but it’s making the rounds that justice is catching up. Always remember, though, innocent until proven guilty.

Lastly, a grim investigation into the death of Vanderburgh County deputy Asson Hacker is underway. Indiana State Police obtained crucial records for this probing case, which shows the wheels of justice are slowly but surely turning to uncover the truth.

Stay safe out there, and keep the world turning another day towards the good!
