Daily Report

Hey hey, Everyday Heroes, hope you’re ready to kick off February 3, 2025, with a bang! Here’s your daily scoop:

First up, crime and punishment in our neck of the woods—serial fraudster James Henley has been given a decade-long vacation in federal prison. His $3 million thievery spree has come to a screeching halt in Evansville. Remember, folks, keep an eye out for any suspicious activity; we’ve gotta nip that crime in the bud.

Next, the Evansville Purple Aces were on fire last night, with Gabriel Pozzato scoring 22 points to lead them to an 80-75 victory over the Belmont Bruins. Not much of a slam-dunk in terms of crime news, but thought you sports-loving vigilantes might appreciate the update—victory is almost as sweet as catching a bad guy.

Lastly, coming up this week in Evansville’s justice system, we’ve got a murder trial that’ll be one for the books. A man accused of fatally beating Corey Fisher is heading to court. Keep those ears to the ground for any developments; justice never sleeps!

Stay sharp out there, Heroes!
